The webinar is aimed at practitioners, non-practitioners, and anyone who wishes for more contentment and fulfilment.

It brings together what I have learned from my therapeutic practice of almost thirty years and my meditation practice of almost twenty years.

Simple and straightforward, a nugget of inspiration and encouragement!

It will refer to my mentoring practice and the meditation I teach, but essentially this is an invitation for you to experience more of what you want in your own life.

Three Guideline for Happiness forms the introduction to my new book, due to be published this year, written with my brother Sean Grey, expanding on these simple principles.

My Bio:

I have been in therapeutic practice as a Homeopath for almost thirty years. I've always been inspired to help bring about healing in the simplest, most effective way possible and so in addition for the last twenty years I've been an EFT Practitioner and Trainer, and in the last ten years I've taught Ascension, a profoundly healing form of meditation.

I treat patients in person in North London, and by telephone. I am Fellow of The Healer Foundation and a member of the Council of the BCMA. I have taught at Homeopathic Colleges and on Healer Training Courses, and I write about the philosophy and practice of the therapies I practise for professional publications and websites, including Gary Craig's EFT Support.

I have co-written with my brother Sean Grey a book entitled The Grace and Ease of Now: Release the Past, Take the Fear out of the Future, due to be published this year.
