Course Description
This course is aimed at educating you on how to support child development through understanding dopamine and executive function. The course begins with an explanation of what dopamine is and how it impacts mood and behavior. This is then followed by explaining executive function and its link to dopamine and ADHD. The course then goes on to outline a variety of lifestyle modifications to support balanced dopamine levels in children.

CPD005 – Practitioner Course:
Creating a More Inclusive and Successful Practice

Course Description
This practitioner course has a focus on educating you about autistic and other neurodivergent communities. The goal is for you to elevate the inclusivity of your practice and therefore build up your clientele. You will learn about respectful language and common traits of autistic identity. This is followed by a section describing why inclusivity is needed due to physical and mental co-morbidities that ND people are living with. This highlights how important it is that ND people access your care. Importantly, the course outlines the various way to improve your best practices to be more inclusive.

CPD006 – Mindfulness

This Mindfulness course aims to teach simple daily practices to help destress, manage anxiety, focus our attention, improve our performance, trust our own judgment and experience, make changes and generally enjoy life more.
It is structured in an introductive talk that explains what Mindfulness is, why is it important and what are its benefits, followed by several different Mindfulness practices: nine one-minute exercises and nine twenty minutes sessions.
The purpose of this course is to support Therapists and their clients.
