Counselling provides individuals with a safe space in which to express and discuss the mental and emotional difficulties and problems they are experiencing within their life. It aims to find ways of assisting them to develop positive changes. 

The process may be one to one, or in a group and the practitioner is trained to be able to assist without interfering with this development.  It has been found to help with all forms of emotional and mental stress and also assists in the body achieving balance and harmony.
