Body mechanic therapy 'the Sarling Technique', is a holistic therapy which encompasses the whole body. Posture, gait and body-use patterns are evaluated with the purpose of realigning the musculoskeletal system. Tailored exercise plans are designed to suit individual requirements along with hands on massage therapy including trigger point, distraction, circumduction techniques, which are applied to whole or targeted areas of the body. Follow up 'MOT' sessions are recommended to maintain good musculoskeletal balance.
